When I get near the grapes now, the smell reminds me of grape jelly.
They are really starting to get ripe on the vine and hopefully there will be enough to make some jelly.

The grapes on my fence are almost ready too, I'm in Philly. I've been on-line trying to find out when they should be ripe... I'm going to hold out for Sept 1 (but keep an eye on them in case it gets real hot again). Homemade grape jelly is wonderful!
I found that jelly is a lot of work so this next season I am going to make organic grape juice.
