The pink azalea bush is flowering probably the best it ever has since planted.  The beautiful flowers are a lovely addition to this Louisville, Kentucky neighborhood.

Derby Festival Great Balloon Tour 2010

According to the Courier Journal website article about 12 balloons took part in the U.S. Bank Derby Festival Great BalloonFest opening event called Great Balloon Tour held this year at Charlie Vettiner Park in Jeffersontown, Kentucky (I think).

Two of the balloons and the Channel 32 WLKY helicopter ventured near one of the near by neighborhoods and these pictures were taken.  Two of the pictures are of Premier Homecare balloon with its patriotic colors and the yellow balloon I could not read.

Happy Easter

Happy Easter everyone! Here is a picture of an Easter lily I took in the past.

My nephews and I colored eggs yesterday for an Easter egg hunt. Here is my attempt to show them how to make a multiple colored egg. It looks like a rainbow.

This blue one my sister colored which reminds me of the moon surface for some reason.
