More Flowers at IUS

My mother informed me this flower is called the Peony (Paeonia)and appropriately for IUS it was adapted as the state flower of Indiana in 1957. It occurs throughout the state in the colors white, red, and pink.

Large Ruffle Like Flower on IUS Campus

There are bushes on the IUS (Indiana University Southeast) that have large white ruffle like flowers. Here are some pictures to show them.

REVISED: After some research, these flowers are peonies (paeonia).
